Why this Training is Critical
The POSH Act 2013 makes it mandatory for every organization with 10+ employees to conduct regular awareness training and constitute an Internal Committee. Non-compliance can result in penalties up to ₹50,000 and cancellation of business licenses. Beyond legal compliance, POSH training builds trust, improves employee retention, and creates a respectful work environment.
